Yes, we can reschedule the class very same day or any other day in week as per the availability of the tutor. You just needs to inform us prior at least 30-40 minutes before the scheduled class otherwise your class will be counted as regular paid one.
Yes, we allow you to record and download your regular class at our servers for revision purposes.
Definitely, that's where we stand for we'll arrange the class timings as per your convenience as we offer 24 hours global time zone classes
As at Geeks Place, we suggest our faculties not to burden off the students however if there would be a need we'll definitely arrange the requirements and it will be checked by the tutor allotted for your child and cross checked by our AI-driven sophisticated technology
To attend Geeks Place one of a kind and exceptional class you will need either a Laptop or a desktop with working WIFI, a camera, mic and speaker phone! or you can attend it on your smartphone/tablet but we strongly advise you to take classes on laptop/desktop.

As from ages lots of students needs a personal tutor for proper growth and support in their regular studies as after school classes for that people used to face lots of problems in quality of teaching, pricing, regularities. There we stand providing you hassle free tuition classes.
Yes we don't ask for any registration or long term upfront cost. You just need to go with our monthly plans which you need to pay upfront by date number of classes in your plan ends, you can pause or cancel the classes.
Your bills are only generated when the number of classes in your plans end. It does not follow any general rule of 1-30th of every month.
At Geeks Place, we care for holistic growth of your child and our plans are also very flexible while take it as for bills, number of classes, days etc. and we guarantee that you won't get disappointed on the very first trial class even as we only hire the best tutors of country.
We offer 12-16 classes monthly with every class of 60 minutes however you can add additional classes as per your need?(charged extra)
During these covid days we have no choice but accept the change that kids are online. Instead of playing games on phones, watching movies, using instagram and facebook after school, doing something productive online will always be a better choice. Measures can be taken to protect eye health like taking care of ergonomics and taking a 90 seconds break after every 60 minutes.

Yes, before starting classes our academic team make sure and gather all details of child's school, curriculum etc. and make the arrangements accordingly with the tutor
We provide the relevant resources to the tutor before starting the classes to meet the students requirement however you can provide any soft copy of additional books as well as required, tutor will follow that book for teaching
We give freedom to our tutors to take the classes as per their convenience with the student after their training however our team always monitors the classes to make sure everything is going fine
No as per now, we don't offer any of these kind of resources
We make sure to cover everything as per the child's need and there school curriculum additionally making sure kids could also attain a great problem solving caliber with rightful teachings
Parent Teacher Meetings
PTA is held on monthly basis with the academic advisor allotted to you on Friday/Saturday, timings as per your convenience to keep you aware of whatsoever is being taught to your child and any requests/complaints that needs to be resolved
You don't need to worry for that our team will contact you and book your meeting as per your convenience
Unfortunately, we can't make that happen but if that will be urgently needed so we'll make the arrangements accordingly as our faculties are bonded with different works & we make sure they're also not burdened with lots of work for a healthy work culture

Our academic advisor will call you at your given contact details to gather required details and schedule a trial class for your child as per your convenience
We reach you every time via mail/calling/virtual video call as per the needs. However you can reach us via WhatsApp/Calling. We'll connect to you in couple of minutes as we have a dedicated support team for our users
We connect to you if the child does not join the class after 5 minutes of the scheduled hour through WhatsApp/Calling and you can keep record for the classes in student's dashboard/calendar & your monthly fees receipts
Before starting the classes our academic advisor will clear all your doubts and give you all necessary details required for taking the classes and your login credentials.
